The Department of English organized an educational visit to InGoa Academy, a news channel, on 9th January 2025 from 9:30 a.m. onwards. The purpose of this visit was to provide hands-on learning to the S.Y.B.A. VET students enrolled in the paper titled "News Reporting and Editing."
A group of 17 students actively participated in the visit. They were accompanied by Ms. Siddhi Sangle, Assistant Professor of English, and Ms. Vividha Agarwadekar, Assistant Professor of English.
Students learned about Tele Prompting and new reading and how to go about anchoring and skills required for the same.
