The story is about Leopoldina, Salu’s elder sister and adoptive mother to Bostu. Salu is a batcar (landlord) who hides a secret from his family. Leopoldina gives away her lands to Salu and curses him by saying that the lands are extremely fertile, rich in ore, and that she exchanges a fertile land for his infertility.

Our students had a great time experiencing the live stage play at Goa university, the theatric experience with live performances, and rhyme and song had a great impact on our students, this play encouraged and motivated our students to participate as well as be a part of an audience for this kinds of stage play which are  performed on occasionally in different locations.  It evoked a sense of catharsis in our fellow students, the emotions this characters showed and played on the stage made them to get themselves involved in this kinds of  stage plays in near future.
